What is the PRIME Student Guidebook?

The PRIME project (Problems of Recognition In Making Erasmus) is a qualitative research among more than 300 HEIs and numerous students on the procedures applied to outgoing Erasmus / Exchange students according to which only 73% of the Erasmus students receive full recognition for their study abroad periods.

In the frame of the dissemination of these results, ESN edited a Student Guidebook, which aims to guide international students step-by-step through the process of academic recognition before, during and after their exchange experience.

For whom? 

For both incoming and outgoing students, this brief and comprehensive compendium shows the recognition process step-by-step, explaining the rights and obligations of exchange students. By respecting all these steps, international students maximize their chances of getting full academic recognition at the end of the year.

Who can order Student Guidebook and when? 

National Agencies, High Education Institutions, European Institutions, ESN National Boards, ESN local sections...

The ordering period of Students Guidebooks : from now until the 20th of December 2012.

How can you order ?
The Student Guidebook is disseminated for free, only the shipping and handling fees are invoiced.

The minimum quantity of order is 1 pack of 50 Guidebooks, and you can only order per pack unit. Each box can contains a maximum of 5 packs.

• Fill in the order form and validate it online
• You will receive an invoice by email for confirmation of your order
• Pay the invoice before the 20th of December 2012
• Delivery of the Student Guidebooks from the 14th of January until the 1st of February 2013
