ESNSurvey 2012 extended!
The deadline for responses for the latest ESNSurvey 2012 has been extended till October 31^st. So far more than 14.000 answers had been collected. Keep promoting it to all the former Erasmus students! You can respond to the survey here and remember that you can win a 2 week intensive language course including 32 lessons in the exclusive Education First school in Manchester (with a total value of more than 1,000 Euros).

Registration for the Regional Platforms open!

The registration for all our Regional Platforms is now open. The RPs of ESN are the perfect place for sections to meet other sections from the same region, discuss topics and share best practices. You can register from now on at http://events.esn.org. Remember that there is a place for each section belonging to each one of the regions.

EAIE 2012 in Dublin

Juan, Kathi, and Emanuel represented ESN at the largest international higher education conference. The conference was a great opportunity to make new contacts, reinforce existing ones, and present ESN and its projects to a wide audience. Our posters on the ESNSurvey 2011 and SocialErasmus were highly popular and the presentations on Exchangeability, Staff Mobility and Employability equally appreciated.

SocialErasmus Final Conference and SECM

On Monday 24^th of September we will host the final conference of the SocialErasmus project. The conference will take place in the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels, Belgium. The final report of the project will be presented together with the official video.

The two days prior to the conference (from the 22^nd to the 23^th) the SocialErasmus Coordinators Meeting will take place in Brussels as well. The national SE Coordinators will meet to discuss the future of the project and share best practices.

IT Internship @ ESN Office

We are looking for an intern, who will help us to develop Drupal based IT systems for ESN and enhance the current ones. We are offering 3 months long internship in ESN International with flexible starting date around the 1st of October. Benefits include 400 EUR allowance and accommodation in the ESN house. FiCo Marketing team is now recruiting!! The European Day of Languages is approaching

September 26^th is the European Day of Languages. The initiative was launched in 2001 by the Council of Europe and the European Union to celebrate Europe's linguistic diversity, with its 23 official languages, about 60 regional and minority languages, and more than 175 migrant languages. Every year all kinds of events and activities are organised all over Europe to celebrate this date. Check the EU Commission website to get a glance of the events that will be taking place this year.
