SocialErasmus Final Conference and SECM

This month ESN will host the SocialErasmus Final Conference in Brussels. It will take place on the 24^th of September. The final report of the project will be presented together with the official video.

The two days prior to the conference (from the 22^nd to the 23^th) the SocialErasmus Coordinators Meeting will take place in Brussels as well. The national SE Coordinators will meet to discuss the future of the project and share best practices. The registration is open until the 4^th of September.

ESNSurvey 2011 Report is out!

The ESNSurvey 2011: Exchange, Employment and Added Value report is out. We reached more than 21 000 students, so we believe the results are very valid and worth paying attention to. The complete report is available electronically here.

Soon your section will receive printed copies of the report. Use the hard copies and the online version to disseminate the results and show the added value ESN brings to mobility and education.

New Partnership agreement with Eurail.com B.V.

ESN and Eurail have signed a partnership agreement. Eurail.com B.V. is a fast growing eCommerce company which sells Eurail and InterRail train passes online and provides first class service to its customers.

Eurail will offer discounts to ESNCard holders and collaborate closely with ESN on various special campaigns.

EAIE Dublin 2012

Higher education professionals from around the world will meet at Europe's largest international higher education conference in Dublin this September to exchange ideas, learn from best practices, and debate policies and the hottest topics in the field. ESN will be well represented with Emanuel, Kathi, and Juan going there and talking about SocialErasmus, employability, equal access to exchange studies, and the ESNSurvey 2011. We will also share a booth with the European Commission to present ESN to all the important stakeholders.

Are you looking for a job in Europe? Do you want access to free advice and information on living and working in another European country? If yes, then the European Job Day (EJD) is for you!

The EJD is an onsite and online job event aimed at matching internationally-minded job-seekers with employers across Europe. The event is jointly organised by the European Commission and EURES, the European job placement service offering free information, advice and support to jobseekers and employers.
