New Partner: Vistaprint!
ESN International has signed a new International partnership with Vistaprint. This cooperation will offer National Boards and Sections access to a range of products and printed services with great discounts provided by Vistaprint. They offer a broad spectrum of products ranging from business cards, t-shirts and banners to websites, invitations and rubber stamps. The partnership is offered in all 34 ESN countries. The order for black or white sweaters with ESN logo embroidered on it is now open. The price of one sweater is 20 euro and you get a free one when ordering 20 sweaters. You can order until 20th of February.

Call for Event OCs to be elected at AGM 2011
ESN is looking for the next Event OCs for 2011/2012: AGM 2012, Cultural Medley 2011, Council of National Delegates 2011, Western European Platform 2011, South-Western European Platform 2011.
The OCs of NEP, CEP, SEEP were elected at their respective Regional Platforms.

Seminar on "The Value of Volunteering'
Volunteering leads to positive changes in people's lives: bringing communities together, increasing a person's sense of pride and belonging, in turn impacting positively on their health and well‐being. While it also makes a significant economic contribution, its social value can be even greater: where volunteering activities are present, there is a higher percentage of growth.
On Thursday 3rd March, from 14.00 to 16.30 at the Europe House in Smith Square London a seminar on "The Value of Volunteering" sill be held.
This seminar will bring together key social actors (including volunteers) in England and at European level to examine the value of volunteering and identify priorities through which the Government and EU institutions can incorporate volunteer effort in their strategies.

This seminar will bring together key social actors in the Czech Republic and from other EU Member States to discuss Volonteurope's latest discussion paper on 'The Value of Volunteering', examine the different faces of this value and identify priorities through which Member State governments and EU institutions can incorporate volunteer effort in their strategies.

Engineering Excellence: 13-14 May, Brussels - application deadline 20 March. Target group: Any engineering background, 0-2 years of experience
Energy & Materials: 24-25 June, Brussels – application deadline 01 May. Target group: Engineers in the energy and/or materials sector, 0-5 years of experience
In the second semester Careers International will organise the Top Women Event (for the second time), AtomiCareers and High Flyers Event, all three taking place in Brussels in November 2011 and December 2011.

Tallinn and Turku, European Capitals of Culture 2011
Tallin, Estonia and Turku, Finland are European Capitals of Culture 2011. The opening ceremony of Tallinn 2011 was held on New Year's Eve, with a major public concert gathering thousand of people taking place on the Theatre Square. Turku opened its festivities on 15 January with a show held by the Aura River and featuring breathtaking aerial performances and fire sculptures, with the participation of a huge choir.

- CNR Eskisehir, Turkey
The Council of National Representative met from the 10th to 14th February in Eskisehir, Turkey. Thanks to an outstanding Organizing Committee, the discussions of Board and National Representatives had fruitful and highly important outcomes for the network. Among them, new Chair and Vice Chair of the Committees were elected and joint proposals for the AGM were finalized - New candidate section in Malta
A student organization from the University of Malta was accepted as first candidate section of the network. In the upcoming weeks a study trip will be carried out and the application evaluated. If the application process will turn positive, Malta will join the network becoming the 35th ESN Country!
