Propose/hold workshop on Regional Platform

As an ESN member you have a right to propose the topic of the workshops for the Regional Platform.
If you are present at the event you can also hold one of them! Are you a specialist in one specific topic that others may find interesting? Do you have trainer/speaker/team facilitator skills?

Write your ideas to your National Representative.

Call for financial auditors

In order to secure transparency and credibility of ESN finances, the treasurer of ESN International calls for people willing to work as financial auditors. The job requires insight as well as understanding of finances and good practices in businesses. The auditor must be willing to travel in order to meet the treasurer.

Public consultation on mobility opportunities for young people

The European Commission has just launched a public consultation on the Green Paper on Promoting the Learning Mobility of Young People.
With this Green Paper, the Commission invites all citizens of the European Union, as well as organisations and other stakeholders to share their opinions and answer to several questions:

  • How can we convince more young people to go abroad for learning?
  • What obstacles there are at present?
  • How can we get a wide range of players - the Commission, Member States, regions, education and training institutions, NGO's - to join forces in a new partnership for learning mobility?

The consultation is open from 15 July till 15 December 2009.
To learn more and to participate in the consultation, visit the Commission's website.
