Training for Youth Leaders
The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and the Directorate of Youth and Sport of the Council of Europe (DYS) are organising the Training for Youth Leaders "The Role of Human Rights Education in Intercultural Dialogue - an Asia-Europe perspective".This training course is going to be held from the 17th to the 24th May 2009 in Budapest, Hungary.
The course aims to develop the competences of motivated youth trainers, leaders and workers nationals of Council of Europe member states and ASEM partner countries in developing Asia-Europe youth projects with a Human Rights Education component.

European Youth Media Convention 2009 in Berlin
Between the 1st and 4th of March, the European Youth Media Convention 2009 will bring together 35 young media makers from across Europe to exchange opinions about the situation of young media makers and produce media together in workshops.The main focus will be on the Orange Magazine.
The event is organized by Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation Berlin, the German Youth Press and the European Youth Press.

- GIVE20 UPDATES
Give20 fundraising officially started in January and things are progressing more than well! Sections in Austria, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland and the UK have already fundraised about EUR 1.200 and this is just the beginning! Bhutan has been chosen as the final project of our fundraising and Give20 website is coming up in a very short time!! Yes, together we can!! - BM FEBRUARY
The Board of ESN International met on the 12th and 13th of February in Brussels. The meeting was focused on the following topics: CNR Skopje, AGM 2009 and the Future of ESN, alongside the traditional points such as section questionnaire and web projects. This Board Meeting counted with the participation of two guests from the future CNR Coordinating Team, Marge Taivere (NR of Estonia) and Patrick Jorg (NR of Austria).

Next 19th to 23rd of February NRs and the International Board will meet in Skopje, Macedonia for 2009's first CNR. The main topics of discussion during these 5 days will be the current situation of ESN Countries and AGM 2009..
