We have closed this ordering period, however for sections still willing to order ESN Cards there will be other options!

ESN represents Youth
Dominika Škotkovà (see picture on the left) from Slovakia has been elected into the Advisory Council on Youth of the Council of Europe!This is another step of ESN to actively represent the interestes of international students and youth in Europe.

Call for the International Board Members

YOUth for you
European Youth Forum General Assembly
ESN participated in the General Assembly (GA) of the European Youth Forum (YFJ), which will took place in Rotterdam/Netherlands.ESN was represented by Madara Apsalone, the NR of Latvia, Dominika Škotkovà from ESN EUBA Bratislava / Slovakia, Jelena Brankovic from ESN Belgrade (ESN Liaison Officer to the YFJ).
Among issues that were on the agenda, there were some policy papers and changes in YFJ statutes to be discussed and adopted, as well as the YFJ Work Plan for next two years.
At the same time, since this is a General Assembly, which takes place once in two years, new YFJ Bureau was elected.
Europe besides ESN
European Elections 2009
Elections to the European Parliament will be held in the 27 member states of the European Union (EU) between 4 and 7 June 2009, the actual polling days varying from country to country according to local custom.More than 700 Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) will be elected by proportional representation to represent some 515,000,000 EU citizens, making these the biggest trans-national elections in history.

The third of the Regional Platforms took place in Budapest/Hungary on 6th - 9th November. Marketa Tokova, vice-president and Piotr Cylke, Web Project Administrator from ESN International together with ESNers from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia attended this regional meeting. Special thanks to the OC and all participants for fruitful feedback sessions! - NEP
The Northern European Platform took place in Tartu/Estonia between 13th and 16th November. At this Regional Platform more than 80 active ESNers gathered together. ESN International was also represented by Matthias Fenner, president and Melinda Horváth, secretary. We would like to thank to the OC for this great event!
- MEETING WITH THE STUDENT PARTNER ORGANISATIONS
Just before departing for the Board Meeting to Porto/Portugal, on Tuesday 18th November ESN International Board will have the honor to host the International Boards of other student organisations for an informal meeting. With AEGEE, ELSA, EMSA and EPSA we will discuss possible common projects (Healthy Erasmus) and initiatives. - BOARD MEETING
For the November Board Meeting, we will leave Brussels behind for once and head south-west-wards. ESN Porto, together with Claudio, NR of Portugal, invited us to the beautiful city of Porto to hold the Board Meeting there. As the CND is also coming closer, it will be an important meeting for preparations. For input, contact either your NR or the Board. - IFISO MEETING
IFISO stands for Informal Platform of International Students Organisations, which ESN is a member of. Next weekend (21st - 23rd of November) the organisations of IFISO have a meeting in Split, Croatia to discuss possible ways of cooperation, possible common projects, etc. - WEP
Western European Platform 2008 in Düsseldorf is starting on 27th November. More than 70 ESNers will arrive to meet their colleagues from Belgium, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland and UK to discuss, learn, share their ideas for ESN and also to have fun.
