EAIE Annual Conference
European Association for International Education annual meeting took place in Antwerp (Belgium) 10th - 14th September. Over 3'000 important persons involved in international higher education came together in Antwerp for four days.Six people representing ESN International taught high-level representatives about how to organise a welcome week, the ESNSurvey, PRIME, and the ESN Galaxy. A lot of valuable contacts were made and many left Antwerp with the impression: Involve students to help students!

Write an article for the new edition of the ESN Magazine!The topic of this edition is New Beginning. We're waiting for your articles till the 15th October 2008.
The requirements are as followed:
- one page article: at most 400 words, around 2000 characters, spaces excluded
- columns: no more than 150 words, spaces excluded

European Youth Forum - media seminar
The coordinator of the Press Release Working Team, Kristin Zimmermann, was representing ESN during the seminar - Communicating with the media, which took place in Madrid on 11-12 September.Participants learnt how to contact media, how to improve the relations with them and how to write different pieces of information.

Green mobility - what is it?
Hundreds of towns and cities are taking part in the week-long EU campaign to promote more environmentally friendly forms of transport. They are closing some of their busiest streets to cars for one day to discourage people from driving. Interested? See more information here.- BOARD IN UTRECHT
At the last weekend of August, ESN International Board traveled to Utrecht to meet next AGM organizers. During the meeting, AGM OC and the Board discussed the current situation of the organization and visited the most important locations of the event. - NATIONAL PRESIDENTS MEETING
During the first September weekend, Prague hosted the historically first meeting of National Presidents.
More than 20 participants gathered to get to know each other and to share best practices. Thanks a lot to all of you who participated and made this meeting happen!
- BUILDING EUROPE PIECE BY PIECE CONFERENCE
ESN International with the help of ESN Brussels is organising a conference in Brussels 18th-20th of September. The conference is the follow-up of the Treasure Hunt project which took place during April this year in many ESN sections around Europe. - CNR IN RIMINI
The next Council of National Representatives (CNR) is taking place 24-28. September in Rimini.
NRs are there to represent their countries, so it is a great space for sections and members to come up with an idea and make CNR discussed them there.

ESN has been invited to the Autumn AGORA of AEGEE organised in Aachen, Germany, from the 1st to the 4th of October 2008.
The Autumn Agora will gather 600 active European students and young graduates to discuss the general development of the association, elect new representatives, attend workshops on various themes and work together on international projects and initiatives.
