Report Infringement/Abuse of the ESN Corporate Identity on Facebook

Dear ESNer,

This form allows you to report an infringement/abuse of the Corporate Identity of ESN and/or of the trademark “Erasmus” on Facebook.

Corporate Identity of ESN: Logo, Star, name or any design used by a third party in a group, page or profile can be reported to us. We can report the abuse/infringement directly as ESN is the rights holder.

“Erasmus”: the word Erasmus cannot be associated to a commercial use and it’s a trademark registered by the European Commission. We can report the abuse/infringement indirectly as we don’t own the rights on the trademark.
