WEP Liege 2011

The famous Western European Platform will be organized this year in Belgium, in the center of Liège city, by the two sections ESN-Hec/ESN-Ulg, from Thursday 24th to Monday 28th November 2011. It will be an incredible occasion to meet, exchange with each other and discover the particular atmosphere of this incredible student city, full of cultural activities and night animations.
The participation fee amount to 95€ (between 15th September and 31st October), and 105€ (between 1st and 15th November), for 4 nights. The registration has to be filled on the Galaxy website (you have to create an account if you don’t have one yet). The maximum number of participants is 120 members.
The accommodation chosen is a nice Youth Hostel: l’auberge de jeunesse George Simenon, with some rooms of 4 or 8 people.
The program will be exhaustive and funny! On Thursday, you will have the chance to discover a guided city tour followed by a Belgian dinner, a pub crawl and an afterparty. On Friday, it’s the first time for sessions, workshop, and during the afternoon the Infomarket with the student’s of the university. At night, you will be amazed to discover the hills of the city with fire torches, followed by a pure Walloon night. On Saturday, sessions and workshop will come before a walk at the Christmas market, which is one of the oldest in Belgium ;-), to finish this day the traditional Eurodinner will take place. On Sunday, Classy program: opera, gastronomic dinner and Gala night.
