This year the Northern European Platform, NEP, one of the five Regional Platforms of ESN is
organised in Turku – European Capital of Culture 2011. On the last weekend of October, Turku
will be filled with ESNers from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and
Lithuania.

Participation fee for NEP is 80€ (Yes, we managed to lower the from 100€!!). The fee will include accommodation, breakfast (Fri-Sun), lunch (Fri-Sun), dinner (Fri-Sat), plenaries and of course social programme.

The agenda for the plenaries will be planned by the National Representatives and International
Board but luckily we have had free hands top do what we please with the Social Programme.
And what a Social Programme we have for you…! On Thursday we are proud to welcome you to
Turku with a Halloween Party, on Friday evening you will be entertained at the already legendary
Eurodinner (Turku style, though) and Saturday we will spend the evening at the seaside where  you will have a chance to go to sauna and swimming in the sea and relax a bit before continuing the night in the city centre. On Sunday we, unfortunately, have to say goodbye to you and welcome you all to Turku again.

Registration will start on 6th September and will be open until 30th September. We have reserved 2 places/section from the NEP countries. Since, we, unfortunately, have a limited number of places, the participants from the NEP region will have preference.
