SN ALUMNI MEETING 2010 HELSINKI 

Pallomeri! We warmly welcome you to the next ESN Alumni Meeting 2010 in Helsinki! 

Dates

Thursday to Sunday 10-13.6.2010 

Invitees

all ESN alumni 

Number of participants

We expect 20-40 people, but more are welcome 

Participation fee

approximately 70 euros (NB! not including accommodation)

The price includes the programme, lunches (Friday and Saturday) and dinners (Thursday, Saturday) (Friday dinner is EuroDinner) 

Registration 

Register by sending the attached registration form to esnalumni.helsinki@gmail.com.

NB! Even though there is an event on Facebook, official registration is only through the e-mail. We will send you more information once you have registered.

Deadline for registration is 21.05.2010. 

Accommodation

We have booked rooms for 19 people at hostel Erottajanpuisto. The price is 24 euros/night not including breakfast. We will book more if possible/necessary. But everyone confirms and pays for their own accommodation. We will inform everyone of what to do regarding the accommodation. NB! Please inform us if you want a place at Hostel Erottajanpuisto.www.erottajanpuisto.com

13:00 ESN Alumni Meeting at Mannerheim hall, New Student House

15:00 coffee break

15:30 workshops 1 & 2, New Student House

20:00 EuroDinner

Saturday 

noonish  picnic afternoon Helsinki Day event

20:00  sitz party late night clubbing 

Sunday 

possibly an excursion to Porvoo/Nuuksio/Tallinn or just hanging out 
 
 

General information 

General information will be posted to the ESN-HYY website shortly, www.esnhyy.eu, the info will be under Events

All sign-ups will be through our e-mail address esnalumni.helsinki@gmail.com.

Those who have signed up will be sent an info package on what to expect/do/how to get here, etc. We have created a Facebook event

Note that sign-ups through the FB event are not official, only sign-ups sent to the e-mail address are official. 

If you wish to sign up, please fill in the attached form or send an e-mail to

esnalumni.helsinki@gmail.com and give the following information:

'Yippee! Sign me up for a great time in Helsinki! I (your name) definitely want to join the fun in June.' Then provide your e-mail address, your section and information on how and when you will be arriving.

We will ask more specific details later, and will send the sign-up sheet to everyone who e-mails us. You can also e-mail us at the same address with any questions you might have.
