Council of National RepresentativesThe Council of National Representatives (CNR) is composed of all National Representatives (NRs). During the year it acts as a substitute of the AGM on budgetary, strategic and policy matters. The CNR also checks the work of the board. In total five-six CNR meetings are organised each year, in which NRs discuss and vote on matters of importance between the local and the international level such as the ESN Card, the AGM, Regional Platforms, actions of the local level, strength of the network, promotion of ESN, approval of new sections/countries and many more.
