ESN RadioActive

What is ESN RadioActive?

ESN RadioActive is an online radio embedded on the ESN sections' websites launched during the AGM in Utrecht. It is meant for ESN members and international students as a place where they can share their experiences and where they can be heard.

The broadcasting includes special music selection and the ESN Radio team is working to enrich the programme by creating talk shows, discussions and interviews with the ESN members and international students from different countries and with different cultural experience. The idea is also to provide the listeners useful information about student mobility and EU issues.

For listening ESN Radio no special software is required and maximum number of listeners is unlimited. Music program is grouped based on ESN star colours (four colours each colour for a different type of music style). ESN Radio is connected with the new Satellite 3.0. It can be used for promoting the project and getting additional sponsors through paid advertisements.

It currently has an average rate of 3000 listeners per day and this number is still growing.

This can be a unique possibility for ESN members to get involved in a big project and have great time working in their field of interest! 

ESN Radio group offers a variety of tasks/jobs:

• DJs/Music directors
• Show hosts/authors
• Jingle editors
• General producers
• Journalists for ESN events

Professional experience is NOT necessary but will be more than appreciated!
