Who we are and what we do

The Finance Committee supports the Treasurer of ESN International in his activities and is responsible for the creation, coordination and implementation of long-term strategies in its area, under the supervision of the Treasurer. The Committee is composed of three teams, each of them being specialized in one of the Treasurer’s responsibilities: Audit, Partnership, Marketing. You can see all the members on Galaxy.

Tasks, Teams and Projects

Audit team

The Audit team’s role is multifold. Firstly, it assists the treasurer in his book-keeping by carrying out internal Audits three times per year, thus increasing the transparency in the network.

Secondly, it implements financial management assessment to ensure efficient use of finances, thus not only supporting future treasurers but also ensuring sustainability of ESN finances

Lastly, together with the Treasurer, it offers advice and support on section and national level in order to further aid network development.

Partnership team

The Partnership team deals with fundraising matters and provides the tools to National networks to increase their fundraising potential.

Marketing team

The Marketing team supports the Treasurer and the Board on any Marketing subject they want to address to the team.

The team contributes to:

• ESN Gadgets: providing ESNers and International students cool gadgets to be proud of!
• ESNCard.org: communicating on the ESNCard, its advantages and the esncard.org website
• Any other activity when needed
