How to become an ESN Alumni member

Who can become an Alumni

All ESN members, who have been active in the local, national or international level of ESN have the right to join the Alumni network. However, the focus is on former ESN members who have finished their active period in the network, but still would like to stay connected with the organisation and its members. It is required that an Alumni member really has been an official ESN member and thus, usually a small background check will be made for the Alumni member applicants who don’t have a Galaxy account.

How to become an Alumni

For becoming a member of the official ESN Alumni network, you need to have an ESN Galaxy account, in your user account you must request either to your local section President, Nationa Alumni Coordinator or the Alumni Board to receive the role of Alumni in Galaxy - which will give you access to our Newsletter and you'll be registered as official ESN Alumni network member. As described previously, a small background research will be made if you were not registered before in Galaxy in order to secure only the acceptance of official former ESN members.

Don’t forget also to join our Facebook and LinkedIn group. Further information on the account can be found under “Contacts”.
