Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is a non-profit international association (AISBL), which aims to support and promote student exchanges. ESN is present in more than 370 Higher Education Institutions in 35 countries. With the support of the European Commission, ESN works to create a more mobile educational and flexible environment by supporting and developing student exchanges at various levels notably through various international projects.
The board of ESN International, based in Brussels, is looking for a secretary from September 5th on - at the earliest.
 

Job description:
• Administrative tasks
• Assistance to the board members as needed
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
• Administrative management of the network
• Translation (EN-FR-EN essentially according to the necessity and the qualifications of the employee)
• Mailings
• Preparation of meetings
• Reception of visitors
• Reception of phone calls

Profile:
• You have preferably a degree in secretariat or administration
• You have an experience of at least one year
• You are fluent in French (mother tongue level or equivalent)
• You have a very good command of English
• You feel comfortable in a multilingual environment
• You have a very good knowledge of all Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and Internet
• Your work in a very precise and organised way
• You are capable of initiative
• You can work in a team as well as on your own
• You learn quickly
Command of other European languages and/or experience in mobility and/or volunteering is highly appreciated.

Erasmus Student Network (ESN) est une association internationale sans but lucratif (AISBL) dont l’objectif est de soutenir et promouvoir les échanges étudiants. ESN est présent dans plus de 360 institutions d'enseignement supérieur dans 35 pays. Avec le soutien de la Commission européenne, ESN travaille à la création d’un environnement éducationnel plus mobile et plus flexible en soutenant et développant les échanges étudiants à différents niveaux, par le biais, notamment, de différents projets internationaux.
Le bureau international d’ESN, établi à Bruxelles, recherche un/une secrétaire à partir du 5 septembre au plus tôt.

Description :

• Tâches administratives de secrétariat
• Aide aux différents administrateurs selon les besoins
• Traitement du courrier entrant et sortant
• Gestion administrative du réseau
• Traductions (FR-EN-FR essentiellement, autres selon besoins et qualifications)
• Mailings
• Préparation des réunions 
• Réception des visiteurs
• Contact téléphonique avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes

Profil :

• Vous avez de préférence un graduat en secrétariat ou à orientation administrative
• Vous avez une expérience professionnelle d’au moins un an
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français (niveau langue maternelle ou équivalent)
• Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
• Vous vous sentez à l'aise dans un environnement multilingue
• Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, etc.
• Vous travaillez de manière précise, rigoureuse, méthodique
• Vous faites preuve d’initiative
• Vous pouvez travailler aussi bien en équipe que de manière autonome
• Vous apprenez rapidement

La maitrise de langues supplémentaires ainsi que la connaissance dans le domaine de la mobilité étudiante ou du bénévolat est très appréciée.
