Open Call: Organising Committee (OC)
International Meeting between student organisations (IFISO)
We are looking for a motivated team to organise the next IFISO* meeting that ESN has the honour to host the coming spring.
Time of Event: April or May 2012
Number of Participants: 20-30
Content: Workshops, Small sessions and plenaries (organised by IFISO members)
The event, not that different from any ESN meeting, should include:
• Food and accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights (example Thursday- Sunday)
• Room for Sessions and workshops with required material
• Social Programme
Participation fee: Around 50 EUR
There is already a possible sponsor to help contribute financially to the event.
*IFISO (Informal Forum of International Student Organisations) is a platform for international student organisations, where Board Members and other delegates meet to discuss future cooperation and development among student organisations. ESN has had a very active role in the forum for several years and has gained several contacts that have led to good cooperation between ESN and other International student organisations. The event offers a good opportunity to start or improve cooperation with other organisations on the local level.
