Open call: Organising Committee - CoMeet Spring 2012 - CLOSED!
CoMeet (All Committees Meeting)
The main goal of this meeting is to gather all the five committees of ESN to work and discuss about ESN projects, the network and the future development of the committees.
CoMeet is a four day event and has some specific requirements:
When? February/March 2012 (weekend, from Thursday to Sunday, not during 9-12 February 2012 and not later than 5th March 2012)
Number of Participants? around 55 people
What is needed?
· Five rooms, big enough for 10-12 people (one per committee)
· One plenary room for around 60 people
· 3-days breakfast, lunch, dinner
· Social activities for the evenings, mainly aimed at facilitating teambuilding.
· Pallomeri Spirit!
Deadline for sending the application: 24th November 2011, 18:00 CET

The CoMeet OC will then be elected by the committees and the result will be announced in December.
