Open Call: next CoMeet OC

 ESN International is looking for a new OC for the next CoMeet: All Committees Meeting.

The main goal of this meeting is to gather all the five committees of ESN to work and discuss about ESN projects, the network and the future development of the committees.

CoMeet is a four day even and has some specific requirements:
When? January/February (weekend, from Thursday to Sunday)
Number of Participants? around 50 people
What is needed?

  • Five rooms, enough big for 10 people (one per each committee)
  • One plenary room for around 50 people
  • 3-days Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Social Activities for the evening
  • Pallomeri Spirit!

Deadline: November, 15th 2010. 23.59 CET
