International Training Event - ESN EduK8
Training for Trainers
The ESN EduK8 team is looking for a motivated crew to organize the 1st International Training Event ESN EduK8.
The International Training is a 7 days event (with 5 working days).
ESN EduK8 is a coaching system for present and future ESNers. The aim is to create an official training system within the organization with a vertical structure, going from the international, to the national and to the local level.

When: August 2011
Number of Participants: 50 motivated ESNers + 5 trainers + OC = around 60
Content of the event: Training for trainers. The international level will take care of inviting trainers for this meeting, it is however also important that the OC has some contacts on the local level for trainers.
What’s needed:
- Provide food and accommodation for about 60 people for 7 nights
- Provide all the necessary materials (flipcharts, post-it, markers, projectors, ...)
- Provide the training rooms (5 rooms big enough for 10 people, one room for all the participants)
- Event logistics
- Provide the social/evening program (teambuilding games, games, …)
- Pallomeri Spirit ;)
The ESN EduK8 team will support the OC with the whole event!
The last date to apply for the 1st International Training Event ESN EduK8 is the 15th of May and the application should be sent to vicepresident@esn.org and eduk8@esn.org .
