The main goals of the project ExchangeAbility (EA) is to enhance the exchange experience of students with disabilities and to make mobility accessible for everyone. The project does this by preparing the sections and International relations offices, making the universities accessible. Through the project ESN also wants to increase the number of students with disabilities who go on exchange, by changed conditions and promotion to students with disabilities.
The project which is one of ESN’s main projects is now 3 years old. We gained experience in the field, but there is still a lot to do for the continuation of the project. Erasmus Student Network is now looking for
• A Team of 3 people
• A Project Coordinator who will be chosen among the team (if you are already interested in this position, please indicate in your application)
Description
The position is on voluntary basis. Once chosen, the person will stay in charge for 1 year.
Requirements
• Good level of English
• Good knowledge about ESN
• Active Participation
• Ability of working in team
• Preference is given to applicants with previous knowledge of issues connected to disabilities and social inclusion.
Offer
We offer an experience of managing and developing one of the main ESN projects. A project that has received European funding twice. Working in an international team and representation of the project in international events.
Tasks
• Work in cooperation with the International Board of ESN
• Create a work plan: set priorities and deadlines
• Establish and maintain an international team formed by all the EA national coordinators
• Communication at all levels about the project
• Organize presentations and training during ESN Events
• Update, the website exchangeability.eu in cooperation with the IT Committee (Store all the information about the grant on the website using news and menu for the continuation of the project from ESN) and the facebook page of the project
• In cooperation with the Board, presentations to stakeholders about the project.
• Communication with students with disabilities
