Open Call: ESN International Events
ESN is looking for sections willing to host an international event! We open a call for the following events:
- CoMeet: all Committees meeting
- NBM: National Board Meeting
- CND: Council of National Delegates
The deadline for applications is the 15th May 2011, 23.59 CET. Please, read the full call and find attached Application Form, Introduction Letter and CND Guidelines.
CoMeet (All Committees Meeting)
The main goal of this meeting is to gather all the five committees of ESN to work and discuss about ESN projects, the network and the future development of the committees.
CoMeet is a fours day event and has some specific requirements:
When? September (weekend, from Thursday to Sunday - preferably two first weekends)
Number of Participants? Around 60 – 70 people.
What is needed?
- Five rooms, enough big for 10 people (one per each committee)
- One plenary room for around 70 people
- 3-days Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Social Activities for the evenings, mainly aimed at facilitating teambuilding.
- Pallomeri Spirit!

NBM (National Boards Meeting)
The main goal of this meeting is to gather current and future National Board members to make them discuss about the problems of their countries, their projects, best practices and enhance their collaboration. Workshops and Seminars will be organized during the event.
NBM is a four days event and has some specific requirements:
When? October (weekend, from Thursday to Sunday)
Number of Participants? Around 50 people
What is needed?
- Plenary room for around 50 people
- Rooms for workshops and seminars
- 3-days Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Social Activities for the evenings
- Pallomeri Spirit!

CND (Council of National Delegates)
The main goal of this meeting is to gather the International Board, National Representatives and two National Delegates from each country to integrate all the ESN levels better and to show to all the NDs the work of the CNR and Board.
CND is a four days event and has some specific requirements:
When? December (weekend, from Thursday to Sunday)
Number of Participants? Around 120 people
What is needed?
- Plenary room for around 120 people
- Rooms for workshops and seminars
- 3-days Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Social Activities for the evenings
- Pallomeri Spirit!
