Open Call: Board Candidates 2011/2012

ESN is looking for candidates for the International Board 2011/2012.

Basic requirements are:

• All candidates must be obviously members of ESN sections
• Candidates should hand in a written application for a position to the international Board of ESN at least 30 days before the first day of the AGM.
• Candidates must have a recommendation from their NP. This needs to be proved by a recommendation letter, signed by at least 50% of the NP sections present at the AGM or at least 50% of all sections of the relevant NP. This recommendation letter must contain the information that the candidate was present at the NP.
• The recommendation letter will have to be handed in to the AGM Chair.
• Candidates must present themselves in front of the AGM and be present during the election process.

Considering these requirements and procedures, we have the following deadlines

• Deadline for candidacy: 1st March 2011
• Application to be submitted to Board: board@esn.org
• Applications must contain: Motivation letter and a CV
• The candidates will have the opportunity to present themselves either at CNR February or at the pre AGM CNR.

We would like to remind you as well that the deadline for registering for the Insight weekend is the 20/12/2010.
