IT Internship at ESN AISBL

The Office of ESN International is recruiting an intern for the Drupal development of the ESN IT systems. As most of our web based systems in ESN are based on Drupal, one only has to know one system in order to contribute to all of them. The best way to learn it is by implementing such a system and integrating it with galaxy.

Offer

3-month internship in ESN International with flexible starting date around the 1st of October. Benefits include 400 EUR allowance and accommodation in the ESN house. It is possible to associate it with the Erasmus Placement program.

Content

The intern will realize IT projects, such as the ESN CV or a new infocenter, which will be integrated with the ESN Galaxy. The tasks cover the creation or finalization of the functional design and the technical implementation in Drupal.

Learning goals

The intern will learn how to use the Drupal platform and its ecosystem in order to build complex systems.

Profile of the intern

Basic experience in Drupal management (Satellite webmaster) and good knowledge of PHP. Open, social, team spirited and flexible.

About the ESN CV

The aim of the project is to increase the visibility of the volunteer work and activity of ESN members. As an outcome, every individual member of ESN will be able to create and print his/her own ESN Curriculum Vitae, including the information about his/her activity inside the network, his/her accomplishments and the skills he/she gained. The ESN CV is just an example, if other projects need more attention the focus of the development may shift.
