ESN represented at the EUCIS-LLL Coalition Meeting

The outcome of the European Parliament voting on the amendments to the “Erasmus for all” proposal (now “YES Europe”) was the main topic discussed during the meeting on December 4th.

Emanuel Alfransder, the president of ESN AISBL attended the meeting in the EUCIC-LLL premises to represent ESN and contribute to the future advocacy strategy of the platform. The particular focus will be on securing the administrative support for civil society organisations in the new programme, guaranteeing sufficient funding in the Multiannual Financial Framework 2014-2020 and getting a say on the user’s guide of the programme.

The European Civil Society Platform on Lifelong Learning (EUCIS-LLL) promotes European-wide cooperation among civil society organisations. The Coalition Meetings gather representatives of all member organisations to discuss on future policy work. ESN is a full member of EUCIS-LLL.
