CLOSED - Open Call: Director ESN AISBL

Erasmus Student Network AISBL (ESN) is an international umbrella organisation supporting and offering services to international students and in particular exchange students (Erasmus students) during their time abroad and representing them towards the institutional stakeholders. Its headquarters are based in Brussels, where the Board and the secretariat work together in an office located in the center of Brussels. ESN covers 36 countries and based in around 400 Higher Education Institutions.

To reinforce its secretariat and to accompany the work of the Board, ESN opens the position of Director. The Director is the leader of the secretariat and works together with the Board - 5 elected persons working full-time in the headquarters - on the development of ESN’s activities and on the continuity of its work.  The Director ensures the application of the strategic choices of the association, employing the necessary resources and recruiting the appropriate individuals to support the projects and activities of the organisation.

The Director is the link between the employees and the Board and works closely with both the employees and volunteers. The Director assists the Board in representing ESN at external meetings.

The Director will start working in the first or second week of July with a two year full-time contract in Brussels.
