Call for Project Coordinator: Social Erasmus

We are opening a call for two new Social Erasmus coordinators:
- One will be responsible for the project management
- One will be responsible for the communication around the project
 
What are their tasks?
- Managing and updating the website (not launched yet)
- Being in contact with the National Coordinators (answering questions from local or national level)
- Reporting to the responsible Board member the status of the project
- Promoting the project on the international level
- Looking for sponsors, grants  and partners
- Having a database of the ESNers involved in the Social Erasmus projects
- Managing the project (mainly timeline)
 
How much time the coordinator will need?
The coordinators will need approximatively 4 hours per week, this can also be variable as there will be periods with more or less tasks.
 
What is the deadline for the call?
From now on until the 1st of September
 
What are the next steps of the project?
Considering the timeline which was accepted by the project proposal, we are completely behind the schedule. The new coordinators, together with the current (since they would have transition period during september) will be responsible for setting up a new timeline of the project. The short term tasks will be as following: 
- Creating a database of national coordinators / or looking after the necessity of having national/local coordinators
- Implementing feedback from pre AGM CNR we gathered during the small session
- Creating promotion material for Regional Platforms
- Creating coordinator guidelines

The logo of Social Erasmus
We are also opening a competition for the Social Erasmus logo, indeed during the meeting we noticed that this logo is too similar to the another one from a worldwide NGO and that it would be nice to involve the whole network in the creation of this logo, as it's a project where the section are directly involved. The deadline for submitting a logo in the competition is the 19th of September. The only condition is to include the ESN Corporate Identity in the logo proposal, you can find the details of the corporate identity here: http://www.esn.org/content/corporate-design. We will promote the competition on esn.org and also through the newsletter. The final logo will be selected by the NRs during CNR Vilnius.
