AGM, Open Call - Chairing Team

 ESN is looking for four skilled people to be part of the Chairing Team AGM 2011.

The Chairing Team has a crucial role during the AGM - it is responsible for leading the meeting and chairing the plenary sessions.

General information

• 4 positions
  o Main chair
  o Vice chair
  o First helper - technical assistant
  o Second helper - speakers' list
• Responsibilities: each position has their specific tasks and responsibilities
  o Prepares the plenaries and agenda (together with the Board)
  o Leads the plenary sessions and discussions
  o Communicates with the OC (regarding the plenary sessions' details etc.)
  o Together with the Board, writes the report after the AGM (as it was decided at the CND Athens)

  o     motivation letter
  o     short CV (including ESN experience)
  o     which position in the Chairing team you are interested

Additional information

• Free time to attend AGM 2011 (31 March – 4 April 2011) + the team should attend at least some of the days of the pre-CNR meeting
• Members of the chairing team have a place at the AGM secured
• Members of the chairing team have the fee covered
